The unaudited financial statements of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors thereon;\r\n2. The appointment of Internal Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2023-24.\r\n3. The appointment of Secretarial Auditors of the company for the F.Y. 2023-24.\r\n4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.
